Why we're not selling publicly yet

We need 50 customers using it for 30 days before we know it does what we say.
If we scale before we know, we make promises we can’t keep.
The first 500 is the evidence. Everything after depends on it.

It would be if we ran production runs of 500 forever. We don’t plan to. This is run 1. If it works, run 2 is 2,000. If run 1 doesn’t work, we refund everyone and figure out what to fix. The limit is real because our supplier agreement is real — {{SUPPLIER_CONSTRAINT_LINE}}.

“Why should I wait in a line instead of buying now?”

Because if we sold to everyone today, we’d be making something for 500 different use cases and delivering on none of them. The waitlist lets us pick the 500 we’re most confident we can serve well. If your use case fits, you get in. If it doesn’t, we tell you honestly.
