You guard your morning focus block like it's your job — because it is. You already drink mushroom coffee, listen to Huberman in the car, track your sleep. You know exactly when your Wednesday 3pm hits.

Then you look at the 7 bottles on your kitchen counter and wonder which ones are actually doing anything. Most products sell you one more bottle for the pile. We went the other direction.

The first 500 units are the pilot batch. We are keeping the run small, publishing the doses, sending the third-party COA before shipping, and learning from every day-30 customer response before scaling.

§ Why the first run stays small

• We need 50 customers using it for 30 days before we know it does what we say.
• The category is full of products that don't work — Alpha Brain's class action is on record. We'd rather earn the trust first.
• The first 500 is evidence, not scale theatre. Everything after depends on paid customers and day-30 feedback.

I'm Ido. I spent the last decade as a UA lead at Playtika, the mobile-games company you've never heard of that quietly puts apps in the top-grossing charts. My job was to figure out why a person would tap "install" — and what happened on day 7, day 14, day 30 after they did.

That same lens is what made the supplement aisle infuriating. Most CPG brands sell a feeling. Tap, install, hope. No follow-up, no proof, no "did this actually work for you on day 30?" check-in. Solin is the morning formula I wanted to drink, built with the discipline of a product that has to keep you on day 30 or it's dead.

Solin is not a side project. It's BuildInTheSun's first physical product, and the whole point of the first 500 tubs is to find out if 50 of you feel the difference at day 30. If you do, we scale. If you don't, we refund and rework.

§ VI What you're actually buying

Honest pre-launch disclosure.

First batch is white-labelled through a US-based contract manufacturer (Supliful). The label says Solin; the formulation is a stock high-dose mushroom blend (lion's mane + cordyceps + reishi) that we vetted for fruiting-body sourcing and beta-glucan content. We are not yet running our own custom co-pack run — that costs $5–15K MOQ and we won't spend it until 50 of you are on day 30 and feeling it.

Translation: you're funding the pilot, not the polish. Tub design is plain. Shipping is one US zone (we'll add international after batch 2). Customer service is me (Ido), my email, my phone, no support ticket queue.

Refund anytime. If at any point in your first 30 days you decide it's not for you — half-empty tub, full tub, no questions, no restock fee. Email me, refund hits your card in 48 hours. We'd rather have your honest "this didn't work for me" than your stuck-with-it silence.
