Because my own stack stopped working. And the category hides its math.
My kitchen counter used to have seven bottles on it. Lion's mane capsules. Cordyceps. L-theanine. Separate caffeine. A B-complex. Magnesium. Ashwagandha. I'd read every Huberman clip, every Attia episode, every Nammex whitepaper, and assembled a stack optimized for a 6am-to-2pm deep-work block.
The stack worked for maybe eight months. Then it plateaued. I'd take the capsules, drink the coffee, and feel exactly the same as if I'd skipped them. When I actually looked at the labels, the reason was on the bottles: most brands don't publish milligrams — they hide behind "proprietary blends." The ones that publish often use mycelium-on-grain, which Nammex research shows is 5-7% beta-glucans vs the 30-40% in fruiting bodies.
Simplify the stack. More isn't better.

That's it. No "journey". No "wellness brand mission". No revolutionary nootropic breakthroughs. Just: I wanted the thing, couldn't find it with honest labels, built it.
